¼ cup Yellowbird® Serrano Condiment
8 chopped hard-boiled eggs
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions
2 tablespoons sweet relish
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
