Ingredients

• 1 chuck roast (~ 5 lbs) chopped into 1 inch cubes
 
1½ cups water
 ½
 cup Yellowbird® Ghost Pepper Condiment
 
1 tbsp salt
 
1 teaspoon fresh tamarind (seeds removed)
 
1 teaspoon fenugreek
 
4 garlic cloves, chopped large
 
2 whole onions, chopped large

Add all ingredients to Instant Pot® and stir to incorporate.

Instant Pot Method: select the manual setting; adjust pressure to high, and set time for 18 minutes. When finished cooking, quick-release pressure according to manufacturer’s directions.

Slow Cook Method: set your Instant Pot to slow cooker setting and allow to cook for 12 hours.
