Spicy Cool Texas Mule

Scene: you’re at a moody, hipster restaurant and you ask the bartender what his favorite drink is and he says, “our spicy Moscow Mule made with fresh, muddled serranos, Bison Grass Vodka, and house made ginger beer” and you know you landed at the right place. You had me at fresh, muddled serranos, sir!

We decided to add a Birdy twist to this gingery drink with our Serrano Condiment. The cucumbers add a nice floral flavor and the serrano peppers give it just the right amount of spicy boldness.

1 Serving

Prep Time

5 min

• 2 oz. Tito’s Vodka
• 4 oz. Ginger Beer
• 2 oz. Lime Topo Chico
• ½ teaspoon Yellowbird Serrano Condiment
• Fresh mint

Add freshly torn mint and Yellowbird Serrano Sauce into a Collins glass or Moscow Mule mug. Add 2 or 3 ice cubes, then pour in the vodka, ginger beer, and fill remainder of glass with cold lime Topo Chico.

Stir and enjoy.
