Sweet ‘n Spicy Brussels

 4 cups brussels sprouts halved
 ½ cup Yellowbird® Jalapeño Condiment
 ½ cup local honey or maple syrup
 2 tablespoons EVOO
 salt to taste

Coat large sauté pan with olive oil and place over medium heat. Add halved brussels sprouts and sauté until golden brown and edges are crispy, stirring occasionally.


Combine Yellowbird Jalapeño Condiment and honey or maple syrup in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle over sautéed brussels. Salt to taste and serve.
