Ingredients
  1. 3 cups chopped cauliflower
  2. 3 cups butternut cubed butternut squash
  3. 3 cloves minced garlic
  4. 3 large carrots, diced
  5. ½ sweet yellow onion, diced
  6. ½ cup white quinoa
  7. ½ cup Yellowbird Habanero Sauce
  8. ¼ cup coconut oil
  9. ¼ cup olive oil
  10. 2 tablespoons salt
  11. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  12. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  13. 1 teaspoon tumeric
  14. 1 teaspoon cumin
  15. 5 cups water
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a large pot over medium–low heat or slow cooker on low.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed and let cook for 45 minutes or until all veggie are cooked.
  3. Optional: garnish with black bean, sweet potatoes, and spinach and enjoy!
