    Bit frightened at first ….

    Incredible bit of heat, but again, love how Yellowbird retains the additional flavors. That little bit of sweetness really makes this a fantastic add to a dinner.

    I have been extremely happy with the Yellowbird sauces I have tried, so when I heard about the Plum Reaper, I had to try it. At first glance you may be worried about the heat from the Reapers, but the plum is a nice balance and keeps it enjoyable. It has a nice kick at the front, and has a nice, slow burn as you enjoy more it. All in all, I would say it is a great, well rounded sauce that can be enjoyed on almost anything.

    This is the best hot sauce I have literally ever had!

    I have had so many friends from all over try this and they instantly love it and want to buy it. I have yet to try it on something that didn't taste amazing, even weird mixtures!
